A household code is a group code used within a complex to represent members of the same household (sharing the same address). In other words, you and your family members (or tenants) will be grouped under the same code.

After completing the household code verification, please register an individual user account and fill in your name. This ensures that parcel notifications can be delivered correctly.

  • For iOS devices, such as iPhone/iPad, go to the device’s home screen and select “Settings” > choose “Notifications” > select “WaffleCity” > enable “Allow WaffleCity to send notifications” and turn on “Allow Notifications”.

    For Android devices, since the notification settings may vary slightly depending on the brand or phone model, here is a suggested way to find the settings: Go to the home screen and select “Settings” > look for options like “Notification Management”, “Sound Settings”, or “Display Settings” > select WaffleCity > check “Show Notifications” or enable “Allow Notifications” and “Set as Priority”.

We recommend that every member of the household activate WaffleCity. This way, they can receive personal mail and parcel notifications, as well as access various features in the complex!

When collecting parcels, please show the  QR Code located at the top right corner of the screen to the reception. The reception staff will scan the QR code to complete the process.

The default notification is sent to the recipient only, which is the person selected as the notification target by the reception staff when registering the parcels. If you want other members of the same household to also receive your notifications, please go to Setting > Complex > Privacy settings and enable the option.

Sure! Simply sign electronically when collecting the item.

No problem! Please go to the App and navigate to Setting > Complex > Privacy settings > Allow my group to sign for my parcels by QR code. This way, any member of the same household can collect the item on your behalf. Alternatively, your family member can also sign electronically when collecting the item.

Please log out of the app (Setting > Sign Out), go back to the login page, and click Forgot Password. The system will send you a temporary password via SMS. After logging in again, you can change your password in Setting > Profile > Password.

When leaving items, the reception staff will create a return/shipping notification and send it to you. You will receive a parcel notification in your App as a record.

Yes! When the item is collected, the reception staff can upload a photo of the shipping receipt or signed receipt. You will then receive a notification in your App confirming the item has been collected.

Collected notification records will be automatically removed from the app after one week.
