本隱私權政策說明了吾微而智股份有限公司（下稱「本公司」、「我們」）如何蒐集、處理、利用、並保護您（以下也稱「用戶」）於使用本公司之服務（下稱「本服務」，見以下「涵蓋服務」之列表）時所提供之資訊，以及您可以如何存取、控管您的資訊。

涵蓋服務：

-APP(iOS和Android)：窩福社區、窩福管家、咻咻叫、云匯修、馥華生活+。

-網站：https://www.waffle.city及其子網域、https://www.wwi.app及其子網域。

一旦您使用本服務，即表示您同意遵守本公司隱私權條款及守則，與任何不定時提供給您的政策、準則及更新條款（以下統稱「隱私權政策」）。當您於任何隱私權政策修改或變更後繼續使用本服務時，將視為您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受該等修改或變更。若不同意上述的隱私權政策修訂或更新方式，或不接受隱私權政策的其他任一約定，您應立即停止使用本服務。此外，本公司於未經您許可的情形下，絕不會將您的個人資料提供予任何第三方。本公司可能於臺灣以外之地區蒐集、處理、利用您的個人資料，且將受到實體及技術安全等裝置的保護，若您反對此蒐集、處理、利用之方式，亦請您立即停止使用本服務。

一、適用範圍

本隱私權政策解釋本公司將會如何處理和保障您的個人資訊，以及關於您個人資訊的各種權利與選擇。
本隱私權政策適用於：您在使用本服務、本服務提供的選擇性服務或者與本服務整合的或與其一同運行的其他應用程式時向我們提供的個人資訊；當您瀏覽由我們維護或與本服務相關的網站、應用程式時，我們所蒐集的個人資訊；以及網站、應用程式中其他用戶所提供有關您的個人資訊。

二、蒐集的資料類型

您了解並同意本公司依本「隱私權政策」及相關法規，以符合法令之自動化及人工方式蒐集、處理、利用或國際傳輸您所提供的個人資料。不提供個人資料之影響：您可自由選擇是否提供您的個人資料，但當您不同意提供時，您將無法享有本公司所提供之服務。

本公司、本公司之合作夥伴及相關委外之協力廠商（例如：供應商、提供物流、金流或活動贈品之廠商），為您個人資料利用之對象。 除非有下列情形，否則本公司不會與第三人分享您的個人資料：

  1. 經由您同意者。本公司只會在徵得您的同意後，才與本公司以外的其他公司、機構或個人分享個人資訊。
  2. 司法單位因公眾安全，經合法正式的程序要求本公司公開特定個人資料時，以及對本服務所有用戶安全考量下做必要的配合。

七、準據法與管轄法院

本隱私權政策之解釋與適用為中華民國之法律。本隱私權政策有關之爭議，雙方同意以臺灣新北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

八、本隱私權政策的變更

我們可能出於各種原因而隨時修訂我們的隱私權政策，以反映出我們服務的變化及遵循相關法律。若我們對隱私權政策做出任何重大調整，我們將在服務中或透過其他方式通知您。如您同意更改項目，請繼續使用服務。但若您不同意任何更改項目，且您打算不再使用我們的服務，您可以選擇關閉帳號。在向您發出變更通知或在我們的服務中公佈變更通知後，若您繼續使用我們的服務，則視為您接受變更、並同意修改後的隱私權政策。

This Privacy Policy explains how Wuwei Intelligence Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, processes, utilizes, and protects the information you (hereinafter also referred to as “User”) provide when using the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services,” see the list of “Covered Services” below). It also explains how you can access and manage your information.

Covered Services:

Once you use the Services, you agree to comply with the Company’s Privacy Policy and any policies, guidelines, or updated terms provided to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Privacy Policy”). If you continue to use the Services after any modifications or changes to the Privacy Policy, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept such modifications or changes. If you disagree with the aforementioned methods of revision or update to the Privacy Policy, or do not accept any provision of the Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using the Services. Furthermore, under no circumstances will the Company provide your personal data to any third party without your consent. The Company may collect, process, and utilize your personal data outside of Taiwan, subject to physical and technical security protections. If you object to such collection, processing, and utilization methods, you are advised to immediately stop using the Services.

Clause 1 Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company handles and protects your personal information, as well as your rights and options regarding your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Personal information you provide to us when using the Services, optional services provided by the Services, or other applications integrated with or operating alongside the Services;
  • Personal information we collect when you browse websites or applications maintained by us or related to the Services;
  • Personal information provided by other users of the websites or applications concerning you.

Clause 2 Types of Data Collected

You understand and agree that the Company will collect, process, utilize, or internationally transmit the personal data you provide, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, using both automated and manual methods.
You may freely choose whether to provide your personal data. However, if you refuse to provide such data, you will not be able to enjoy the services offered by the Company.

  1. Information You Provide:
    Includes but is not limited to personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, email, mobile phone number), personal descriptions (e.g., date of birth, gender), lifestyle preferences, shopping habits, consumption patterns, security details (e.g., passwords), comments and opinions, and any other data that can directly or indirectly identify an individual.

    When you use the Services or browse the content of the apps or websites, the Company may automatically obtain and store your usage records (e.g., feature clicks, service closures, or usage times), IP addresses, browser types, browser languages, and access record information, as well as call record information. This data will be used to analyze your user environment to enhance the Services and prevent unauthorized or malicious interference with the normal operation of the Services.
  3. Device Information:
    (e.g., app version, operating system version, language and country settings, device model): The Company will link your device information with your account (i.e., phone number). You may decide whether to provide your personal data to us, but if you choose not to provide such information, you will be unable to use certain features of the Services.

    When using the Services, the Company may collect and process information about your actual location through the mobile GPS positioning system. You may choose to disable location sharing, but this will also prevent you from using certain features of the Services.

    To provide the best service and maintain service security, we may use cookies to store user settings, record access functions, and monitor usage patterns and data. For example, we may use Google Analytics to assist with these tasks. You may choose to disable cookies, but this will also prevent you from using certain features of the Services.

Clause 3 Purpose of Collecting and Utilizing Your Personal Data

The Company will use the information collected from the Services to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services and develop new services. The Company may also use this information to provide personalized content to different users. For necessary customer service purposes, the Company may use your phone number, email address, record information, device information, cookies, or pixel tags to deliver advertisements or send service notifications.

Clause 4 Retention Period of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain the personal information you provide under the following circumstances:

  1. While your account remains active;
  2. During the period necessary to fulfill the specific purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy;
  3. Or as required by applicable laws;
  4. If reasonably needed for the following purposes, we will continue to retain your personal information after your account is closed or terminated:

Clause 6 Data Sharing

The Company, its partners, and outsourced contractors (e.g., suppliers, logistics providers, payment processors, or giveaway sponsors) are recipients of your personal data utilization. The Company will not share your personal data with third parties unless:

  1. With Your Consent:
    The Company will only share personal information with other companies, institutions, or individuals outside the Company with your consent.
  2. Legal Requests:
    When judicial authorities request specific personal data for public safety through lawful and formal procedures, or for necessary considerations regarding the safety of all Service users, we will cooperate accordingly.

Clause 7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes related to this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the New Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance jurisdiction.

Clause 8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise our Privacy Policy at any time for various reasons to reflect changes in our services and comply with relevant laws. If we make any significant adjustments to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you within the Services or through other means. If you agree to the changes, please continue using the Services. However, if you disagree with any changes and intend to discontinue using our Services, you may choose to close your account. If you continue using our Services after receiving notice of changes or after we publish changes within the Services, it will be deemed that you accept the changes and agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
